Hadley FC

Saturday 26th September @3pm sees Aylesbury United make the journey to Hadley FC in the Southern League Division Once Central. Both teams have struggled so far this season with the Ducks only points coming against Flackwell Heath whilst Hadley managed a 0-0 draw with Bliggleswade at the weekend.

Aylesbury United go into this game following a 3-2 defeat at home to Royston Town where an improved performnace wasn't enough to get anything against another well organised side. The Ducks will be hopeful that a similar performance against Hadley will bring about a favourable result although too many goals continue to be conceded making it difficult to secure wins.

Hadley FC, nicknamed the bricks were founded in 1882 and are the oldest football club playing in Barnet. They play in red and black.

Address: Hadley FC, Brickfield Lane, Barnet, Herts, EN5 3LD

Directions: Leave the M25 at Junction 23 and travel south on the A1M towards London. At Stirling Corner Roundabout, take the first exit onto the A411 (Barnet Road) towards Barnet and Arkley. Go through the traffic lights at the top of the hill and Brickfield Lane is the first turning on the left (opposite the Gate pub). The entrance to the ground is on the left hand side.

NB - The ground is on the edge of the London ULEZ so dependent on direction of travel, type and age of vehicle you may be subject to the charge (you can check your vehicle on this link to the TfL website Cars - Transport for London )

ULEZ Exempt route from M25, exit Junction 23 (South Mimms) and go south on the A1 to Stirling Corner roundabout (Shell Petrol station on your left, Morrisons Supermarket opposite on your right). Take the first exit on the roundabout on to Barnet Road and continue until the first set of traffic lights. Go straight across and then take the immediate first left opposite the Gate public house car park, into Brickfield Lane. The ground entrance is about 50m on the left. Parking will be stewarded, so please park where requested.

Tickets can be purchased on the day of the game by cash or card (in the bar pre-match or at the turnstile on entry).

Adults: £11

Concessions: £7 (Over 65's / Under 16's)

Under 12's: £FREE (but must be accompanied by an adult)

Please encourage your spectators to join us in the clubhouse for pre and post-match refreshments, where we have a card/cash bar with several interesting local beers. During the game refreshments (soft drinks only) can be bought (card/cash) from our excellent concession in the top left corner of the ground.
