On April 30th 2026, my chapter drew to a close, I could write a book, (but I’ll let Mike do that) so I’ll keep this brief. The journey from Buckingham Road to Chesham (via many other grounds) may have ended for me as Chairman, but I am left with very fond memories, trials, tribulations and heartaches. I may have failed in getting you back into the town, but I can assure you that I have covered every blade of grass that had been identified as a possible ground without success.
